1.Customer Service Transformation Program: Large scale technology replacement of CIS, CRM, and Work Management applications. Redesign of 150 business processes. Organizational Change management program impacting 4,800 employees. 2.Field Crew Asset Data Capture Digitization: Technology and process initiative to maintain a safe distribution system focused on traceable, verifiable and complete asset data, by implementing bar code scanning and high-accuracy GPS reads at the time of pipeline asset installation, as well as field workflows with business validation. Redesigned multiple field crew and back-office processes as well as roles. Organizational Change management program impacting approximately 500 employees and 2,400 contractors. 3.Customer Service Agent Scorecard and Incentive Program: Design and implementation of a performance management program that rewarded agents for achieving attendance, schedule adherence, quality and average handle time targets. 4.Bank Deposit and Payment Posting Reconciliation: Technology and process initiative to resolve daily and monthly reconciliation issues between a payment processing vendor’s daily bank deposits and real-time customer payment postings in a utility’s CIS application. 5.Management of Change Capability Implementation: Process and role focused initiative, developing the organizational capability of preventing incidents by systematically reviewing and approving all proposed changes to operational procedures, identifying potential risks and hazards, and taking necessary safety precautions before implementing them. 6.Non-Exempt Digital Timekeeping: Eliminated the manual timekeeping process using spreadsheets for non-exempt employees (field and office) by deploying new processes, roles and mobile technology. Organizational Change management program impacting 3,000 employees. 7.Lost & Unaccounted for Gas Reduction Program: Identified, prioritized and delivered projects critical to reduction of reported lost and unidentified gas on a national distribution system. Discrete projects involved creating new enterprise roles, developing new procedures involving operational technology, and enhancing billing and accounts receivable systems for new critical functionality.
